Patrick Mahomes’ mum meets Tom Brady’s parents after slating Super Bowl referees

Patrick Mahomes’ mum met with Tom Brady’s parents after the Super Bowl – having slated the referees for the NFL finale.

The GOAT helped himself to an eighth Super Bowl, guiding the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a 31-9 win over holders Kansas City Chiefs.

While Brady basked in glory, his opposite number could not get started in Florida, getting shut out by the home side.

And his mum, Randi, did not take the result well on social media at all.

She got into a spat with Tom Brady’s other half Gisele Bundchen over the refereeing decisions in the Super Bowl.

Writing to her 54,700 followers on Twitter, Mahomes wrote: “If you have the ref on your team is that really winning!!!”

Randi also posted a number of tweets about the officiating in Florida, also writing: “Looks like the fans were right. The refs are for the other team. Even their fans say it’s so.”

She also retweeted a post which read: “If y’all wanted to see the Chiefs vs the refs just say that.”

But it was a different story when the Chiefs quarter-back’s mum met up with the Bucs quarter-back’s parents.

Brady’s mum and dad, Galynn Patricia and Tom Sr, were in attendance at the Raymond James Stadium for Super Bowl LV.

And they met up with Mahomes’ mum, with all of them posing for a photo in the depths of the ground.

Accompanying the snap on Twitter, the American said: “Tom Brady’s parents are a class act. Thank you for your words!”

She also shared a snap just talking to Brady’s mum, adding: “Thank you Mrs. Brady for your kind words.”
