A vengeful Conor McGregor flaunted his insane strength on social media after vowing to use his metal plate as a weapon in future fights.
The hard-hitting Irishman, 33, suffered a horror leg break when facing long-standing rival Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. McGregor snapped his tibia in the first round with the ringside doctor ending the fight before it had even begun.
To aid his recovery, Notorious was forced to have a metal plate inserted into his lower leg when undergoing surgery. McGregor, though, has already stated his intention to use his secret weapon in a planned comeback fight later this year.
Writing on Twitter to his loyal 9.3million followers, he said: "I cannot wait to wrap this steel bar in my leg across the neck of a future opponent! I am counting down the seconds until I get to launch this weapon."
No opponent has been announced as of yet for the Irish star, but he has claimed he hopes to return to the cage before the end of December.

Losing three of his last four fights, McGregor has been out of action since suffering that horrifying break in July, but it now appears his leg is now back to full strength.
Releasing new footage on Instagram with the caption: "Something like a phenomenon," Notorious continued to power his left leg into the punchbag before shouting "perfect" at the end of the clip.
The new short film is the first time McGregor has been seen kicking since defeat to Poirier.
But the leg showed no sign of weakness after being tested to the max in training – Notorious' 11-month leg troubles could finally be behind him.
