Dillian Whyte bumped into his former rival Anthony Joshua on Tuesday – but supporters noticed something odd about the timing of the meeting.
Whyte uploaded a snap of himself with Joshua in what appears to be a street in London. He wrote in the caption: “Look who I bumped in to today @anthonyjoshua and we both want that rematch but first we both got to get back to winning ways again then let’s f******** have it #TeamBodySnatcher.”
But the snap has confused fans who noticed that it was uploaded just two hours after AJ posted his own photo of himself jet-skiing in Dubai.
Joshua uploaded the pic of his holiday on Instagram with the captain: “Quick brake [sic].” And, indeed, eagle-eyed fans noticed how it was impossible for the boxing star to be in England when he was out making waves in the United Arab Emirates.
One wrote: “I’m confused. I thought AJ was here.”
Another said: “9 hours ago, AJ was in Dubai. Hour later in London with DW. Time does flie when having fun.”
A third quipped, in reference to the ocean in the image: “London looks flooded.”

Whyte, 34, is currently licking his wounds from his sixth-round knockout last month at the hands of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.
The Body Snatcher, however, has called on Fury for a rematch, claiming that the Gypsy King had pushed him moments after he was dealt a brutal uppercut. But the Manchester boxer has been adamant that he is done with the sport and will now focus on his family life.
Whyte went up against Joshua in 2015 and handed the star his first-ever boxing loss, with the Brixton-based fighter winning via TKO at the O2 Arena in London.
Joshua went on to claim world titles, while his former opponent has enjoyed a fruitful career himself, holding a record of 28–3.
