Kell Brook has a shot at becoming the WBO welterweight champion when takes on pound-for-pound superstar Terence Crawford in Las Vegas. Brook, though, admits he could hang up his gloves regardless of the outcome.
The Briton has 41 fights under his belt, including two losses, while Crawford is unbeaten in 36 professional bouts.
“I could happily retire, knowing I’ve beaten the best,” said Brook.
“What else do you want from me? I’d have beaten the king of boxing.
“If I don’t win I would have to sit down with my family because I know I’ve done everything asked of me.
“So if I get beat by the better man, I’ve got to sit down with my family and think what do I do next.”
How much is Kell Brook worth?
According to Sportekz, Brook has a net worth of around $12.5million (£9.47m).
He will reportedly receive a purse of £1.5m for the bout against Crawford.
The biggest payout of his career was the £2.65m he earned from the 2016 defeat to Gennady Golovkin, whom he lost the IBF title to.
His 2017 loss at the hands of Errol Spence Jr saw him pick up £2.2m.
He also reportedly earned £1.1m for each of his victories over Sergey Rabchenko, Michael Zerafa and Mark DeLuca.
Brook will fulfil a career-long ambition when he takes to iconic MGM Grand to face Crawford.

“This is what fighters dream about,” he said.
“I’ve dreamt about it since I was nine and to see my name up in lights in Las Vegas is what dreams are made of.
“I would have loved the fans to be there. I draw strength from them, but it’s going to be the same for him.”
Oh his opponent, Brook added: “He’s very, very good, but I think they’re getting carried away with him.
