Logan Paul has told critics to “shut the f*** up” over claims that he was knocked out by Floyd Mayweather during the sixth-round of their exhibition clash last weekend.
Social media star Paul stunned viewers by going the distance with Mayweather, widely considered the best boxer of his generation, in their eight-round exhibition bout in Miami.
However, following the event, many boxing fans pointed to a moment at the end of the sixth-round where Mayweather connected with a counter-right hand.
The shot appeared to rock Paul, who immediately grabbed hold of his opponent, with many viewers even claiming that Mayweather was holding the YouTuber up to prolong the contest.
The short clip, which more likely shows Mayweather attempting to prevent Paul from clinching instead of holding his unconscious opponent up, went viral on social media. Many fans claimed they wanted their money back and felt robbed of the knockout they were desperate to see.
The morning after the fight, Paul posted on Instagram and totally denied the accusations to his 20m followers.
"Yo, I'm seeing this narrative going around that there's one part of the fight where Floyd punched me and I kind of leaned on him a little bit and it looks like I kinda went limp.
"And people are trying to spin it and say he knocked me out and caught me and kept me up to keep the fight going till the eighth round.

"Shut the f*** up, like just shut the f*** up, like stop trying to discredit what happened last night. Make no mistake, he got a lot of good punches in.
"There's a couple photos, I got f***ed up on a couple of shots. I didn't know my face could make that shape.
"But never rocked, never blacked out, never obviously got knocked out, he didn't hold me up, he tried to take me out and he couldn't. It was great."
Paul’s performance surprised many, with most fans expecting the YouTuber to suffer a similar fate to Mayweather’s last two opponents, MMA star Conor McGregor and kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa, who were both knocked out inside the distance.
Instead, Paul, who had lost his only professional boxing contest to fellow YouTuber KSI, survived the entire eight-rounds against Mayweather.
The Maverick even landed some solid shots of his own, perhaps claiming a moral victory on the night where many expected him to be brutally knocked out.
