With as many bikinis as Elizabeth Hurley has, it’s hard to imagine she has a favorite. But, ya know, she’s only human.
Elizabeth, 56, shared in new Instagram pics that her No.1 fave bikini is…the Elizabeth Hurley Beach slinky ebony bikini. “Finally!! My favourite bikini in black has arrived. The slinky Ebony Bikini is waiting for you at ElizabethHurley.com,” she wrote in the caption. In the pics, Liz is hanging out inside in the black bikini with gold accents, and she looks stunning. Her abs are all kinds of sculpted, her legs are toned and she seems stoked overall to be working that suit.

Her strong bod doesn’t automatically come with a swim order, but she has shared all about her unconventional fitness routine over the years. Elizabeth is really active, but you’re not likely to find her working up a sweat at the gym. Elizabeth previously told Extra that she doesn’t “work out, per se,” adding, “but I am very active.” That, for Elizabeth, means going for 30-minute walks with her dogs that are “fast enough to get my heart rate up,” and doing lots of found fitness, including squat reps while she brushes her teeth in the morning, she previously told Women’s Health.
Elizabeth will even wield a chainsaw to get that HR up. “I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff,” she told Extra.
When she’s not chopping down trees or walking her dogs, Elizabeth will do yoga and Pilates—but usually when she’s on vacation and has more time than usual.
She also eats really well. “I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives,” she told The Cut.
