Leicester are ready to make a bumper announcement including a new contract for Ben Youngs and the signing of giant Fiji wing Nemani Nadolo.
The Tigers will confirm up to five new deals, with captain Tom Youngs, 33, also signing on alongside his brother.
England and Saracens hooker Jack Singleton, 23, has been in talks about a move to Welford Road but his switch has fallen through after terms were agreed with 29-year-old Georgia No 2 Shalva Mamukashvili.

Negotiations are also at an advanced stage with 26-year-old South African flanker Cyle Brink.
Premiership clubs are increasingly looking to overseas recruits, with England internationals unavailable during the Six Nations and autumn Test series.
England scrum-half Youngs, 30, has agreed a substantial pay cut to stay, and wing Jonny May will also have to reduce his salary demands if he wants a new contract.
Nadolo, 32, has scored 53 tries in 68 games for his club Montpellier as well as 19 in 30 Tests for Fiji.
