Arsenal recently announced their second signing of the summer in the form of ex-Anderlecht midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga.
The 21-year-old Belgian joins Nuno Tavares as a new addition to the Gunners ranks and has been tipped to excel at the Emirates.
Peter Verbeke, sporting director of Lokonga's former side, heaped praise on the midfielder to Sky Sports claiming: "He's someone who is good on the ball, his technical ability in tight spaces is really good.
"He has the qualities to be able to recover more balls, he's better in duels and that's why I think he could develop in a role as a defensive midfielder for Arsenal in years to come."
Arsenal fans were expecting to see Lokonga in action for the first time during the club's tour of the United States, but that has since been cancelled due to an outbreak of coronavirus within the Arsenal set-up.
As a result, they have had to make do with a five-minute clip of the Belgian international in one of his first training sessions with his new teammates.
The video was uploaded to twitter, where the comments were flooded with Gunners fans urging the club to make further signings before their opening Premier League game away to Brentford.
One Arsenal fan wrote: "Announce The Smith [Emile Smith Rowe], Announce Ben White, Announce Houssem Aouar, Announce James Maddison."

The club has been touted with a move for all of the names mentioned, though a deal for White appears to be the furthest along with Brighton accepting a £50m bid in exchange for the centre-back.

Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has been urged to sign a creative midfielder given last season's loan star Martin Odegaard has returned to parent club Real Madrid.
Both Leicester star James Maddison and Lyon's Houssem Aouar have been touted with the role, with the latter regularly linked with a move to the Gunners last summer.
However, some Arsenal supporters did still take the chance to express their excitement over Lokonga.
One particularly optimistic Gunner claimed: "Sambi is World class already at the age of 21, Looks very humble on the pitch. Very confident. Very composed. 17.5 sounds like a steal"
