"We are looking to improve and be much closer than where we are at the moment. In order to do that there are certain things that we have to improve."
And Daily Star Sport has gathered the latest transfer news from the Emirates…
Transfer battle ensues
Arsenal are reportedly one of several Premier League teams looking to sign Josip Brekalo this summer.
The Wolfsburg star has regularly impressed in the Bundesliga and scored seven times and provided three assists this season.

And he has left the door open to a return, saying: “I’m going to sit down with my team and think about what’s best for me next season.
“Newcastle will always have a special place in my heart.
“Wherever I go, this club will always have a special place in my heart so I just want to say thank you to all the fans who have helped me so much and made me feel so welcome and opened their arms for me.
