Chelsea are set to go all-out once again in the summer transfer window.

The Blues have been linked with a stunning move for Borussia Dortmund's Erling Haaland, who would likely cost them a club-record fee.

As a result of their big-money plans, they've also decided to look elsewhere and identify cheaper targets.

And according to Mundo Deportivo, they're going to make the most of Brazilian side Palmeiras' poor financial situation.

The Blues have lined up 20-year-old midfielder Gabriel Menino, who has been courted by teams around Europe.

The midfielder will apparently be on the market this summer, with Palmeiro needing the cash.

Despite his high valuation, he will apparently be available for just £13million, a price viewed by Chelsea as an absolute steal.

The Blues won't be alone, however.

Due to the relatively low asking price, a host of other teams from around Europe are also lining up bids of their own.

Atletico Madrid, Tottenham and Juventus are all interested, according to reports.

The 22-year-old has been dubbed the 'Brazilian Yaya Toure' in the past, and can also play as a right-back.

That will most likely be appealing to Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel, who has struggled to find a player to hold down that position recently.
