Kevin de Bruyne savages Man City team-mate Jack Grealish in unseen footage

There has been a lot of joking around between the Manchester City players following their Premier League title success, and new footage has shown Kevin de Bruyne getting involved pretty savagely.

It seems as though whenever there is tomfoolery at City, Jack Grealish is never far away, but this time the £100million man was the butt of the joke. Following City's title win, Grealish was seen poking fun at Bernardo Silva for his sloppy performance on the final day.

But while De Bruyne was being handed the Premier League Player of the Month award for May, he told Grealish to "shut up" for making noise in the background. And the Belgian even pointed out how he only scored one goal in the final month of the season.

"Shut up Jack," De Bruyne said before beckoning Grealish over. "You only scored one goal in April, I'll tell him maybe next year you can win one."

Grealish then posed with the trophy as if it was his own, and joked with De Bruyne that it will be him scooping the awards next season. Grealish has also been known as a vibrant character and he's certainly brought some energy to the City dressing room.

The midfielder was hilarious during their title celebrations, and it appears as though he hasn't stopped partying ever since. It was Grealish's dream to win the Premier League, and it's only taken him one season after moving last summer.

De Bruyne was gracious in victory, despite his joking with Grealish, as he said: "There is so much quality in the Premier League and it is a pleasure to be nominated with so many other great players who have had incredible seasons for their clubs.

"I think my performances this season have been good and I am happy that I have been able to contribute with goals and assists throughout the season. Thank you to all of the staff, coaches and especially my teammates because without them this wouldn’t be possible."

De Bruyne will be excited to get next season underway as the Belgian will now have Erling Haaland to assist up top. City have won four Premier League titles in five years, as their dominance continues.
