Arsenal are set for a blockbuster summer after Mikel Arteta's men failed to qualify for Europe for the first time in a quarter of a century last season.
The Gunner slumped to eighth in the Premier League table, and they only finished two points above Leeds United and Everton – who rounded out the top half of the table.
Arsenal even failed in a bid to qualify for the newly formed Europa Conference League, which went to their local rivals Tottenham who finished in seventh.
And without European football, Arsenal are looking for players to get them back to where they want to be. DailyStarSport looks at the day's dealings.
Houssem Aouar breaks silence
Lyon's Houssem Aouar looked set for a move to North London last summer after he impressed in Lyon's Champions League run.
And, it was widely reported that Arsenal would move back in for the France U21 international this summer.
However, the 23-year-old took to social media to rebuff claims he was trying to force a move: “Once again, unfortunately an umpteenth 'fake news' story has been released about me on multiple social media accounts."

Anelka calls on Mbappe
Like Kylian Mbappe, Nicolas Anelka represented PSG as a youngster, and the former Arsenal star has called Mbappe to follow in his footsteps to 'win the Ballon d'Or'.
"The French league is not easy, don’t get me wrong, but I think the toughest league is in England. So, if you want to be one of the best, then do what you do in Paris but with Chelsea or United or Arsenal or Manchester City or Liverpool," he wrote in The Athletic.
Mbappe, according to L'Equipe, has informed PSG he wants to leave – however, his destination is likely to be Real Madrid or Liverpool.

Anderlecht's starlet Albert Sambi Lokonga missed the start of the Belgian side's first-team training, and Belgian outlet, HLN, are reporting the deal is just days away.
Sambi Lokonga made 37 appearances for Anderlecht last season, and he narrowly missed out on the Red Devils' Euro 2020 squad after Axel Witsel returned from injury before the tournament.
He had mutually agreed with Anderlecht to not join them on tour, and finalise a move to Arsenal.
