Manchester United could look to sell David de Gea at the end of the season in order to raise funds for a summer spending spree, according to Goal. Dean Henderson could be promoted to first-team goalkeeper if that were to happen.
United have a busy summer ahead of them, having been linked with a host of names in the transfer market.
The Red Devils had a mixed January window, having failed to sign top target Erling Braut Haaland.
They did, however, manage to bring in Bruno Fernandes for an initial £46.6million, as well as Odion Ighalo on loan.
But with the summer window fast approaching, things are expected to be a lot busier for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ed Woodward.

They have been heavily linked with Jadon Sancho, Jack Grealish and James Maddison, and are expected to spend big.
Paul Pogba is looking set to leave the club, with a return to Juventus on the cards and Real Madrid also interested.
And according to Goal, they could be set to lose De Gea as well.
The Spanish goalkeeper was set to leave a few years ago, but a dodgy fax machine squandered his chances of moving to Madrid. Thibaut Courtois was signed instead.

The Spaniard could still be on his way this summer, despite having signed a new contract in September to keep him at the club until 2023.
The 29-year-old is believed to be keen on a move back to Spain, but neither Real Madrid or Barcelona are keen to sign a new goalkeeper.
Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus are believed to be two potential options, according to the report.
If he is sold, United could look to promote Henderson to the first team after two impressive spells at Sheffield United.

The 22-year-old has been touted as De Gea’s successor at Old Trafford, and could make his leap to the United first-team this summer if the Spanish megastar is sold.
Meanwhile, in his press conference on Wednesday, Solskjaer opened up on how he wants his United team to play going forward.
“You need many attributes to play the perfect game of football, or to be the perfect team.
“We want the swagger and the confidence. We want players going onto the pitch believing in themselves.
“You still want your players to be humble, knowing that you’ve got to work harder and you’ve got to earn the right to win a game of football.”
