Manchester United are hosting Chelsea at Old Trafford this afternoon as both sides hope to build on their improving form.
United have bounced back from that awful defeat by Tottenham, thrashing Newcastle last weekend before beating Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League in midweek. Chelsea also took encouragement from their goalless draw with Sevilla as the picked up a rare clean sheet, in no small part down to the return of Edouard Mendy in goal.

Jorginho tries one of his trademark sweeping passes in behind, with Werner lurking menacingly. Maguire is there to intercept, but that could be a successful avenue of attack for Chelsea.
United have started sluggishly in possession, while Chelsea look more disciplined off the ball. It’s a cagey opening, though.
Pulisic receives the ball from Chiwell and then sets off on a driving run into the box. It’s a bit aimless, though, and Wan-Bissaka slides in to dispossess the young winger.
Chelsea enjoy some early possession, most of which is in their own half. The visitors have started with a back three in what looks to be a 3-4-3 system.
