Nelson Semedo wants to join Manchester City in the next transfer window, but his next move could be decided by the future of Lautaro Martinez.

He is even willing to go there despite the impending two-year Champions League ban so that he can play under Pep Guardiola, claim Mundo Deportivo.

A deal for Semedo could see Joao Cancelo, who only joined from Juventus last summer, move in the opposite direction.
But Semedo’s future could be dictated by the saga surrounding Inter Milan striker Martinez.
Barca could seek to use the 26-year-old as a bargaining chip to lure the Argentine striker to the Nou Camp and as a means of lowering his cost.
Reports earlier this month claimed that Martinez has told Inter he wants a summer move to Barca.

Martinez has been in stunning form in Serie A this season and has scored 16 times in 31 games.
But it is believed that he has his heart set on a move to Barca.
