Tottenham are expecting a last-ditch £6m loan offer from Paris Saint Germain for unsettled Dele Alli today. 

Spurs are adamant the 24-year-old is staying but the fact he is on the periphery of Jose Mourinho’s plans has given PSG encouragement. 

Ryan Sessegnon is joining German club Hoffenheim on loan while Juan Foyth has signed a new contract with Spurs until 2023 and joined Villarreal for the season.

Bayern Munich re-signed Douglas Costa from Juventus after being rebuffed in their bid to sign Callum Hudson-Odoi on loan from Chelsea. Antonio Rudiger has loan interest from PSG and AC Milan as he considers a move away. 

Inter Milan want to re-sign Victor Moses from Chelsea after failing to reach an agreement for Mikel Alonso. Napoli are signing Tiemoue Bakayoko on loan.

Manchester United have agreed a £16million deal with Porto to sign full back Alex Telles. 

The 27-year-old was due to link up with the Brazil national side yesterday but received the call to travel to Manchester for his medical.

He will sign a five year contract and will be joined today by Penarol winger Facundo Pellistri, 18, who United are signing for £10m. 

The arrival of Telles has prompted Southampton to ask for United full-back Brandon Williams.

Leeds left back Barry Douglas wanted by Watford and Blackburn. 

Aston Villa have revived talks for Werder Bremen forward Milot Rashica, 24.

Fulham have opened discussions with Lyon over a deal for Danish defender Joachim Andersen, with manager Scott Parker wanting two new centre backs before the transfer window closes and staff have been working through an extensive list of targets.

Andersen, 24, has been the subject of interest from clubs in Italy but would prefer a move to the Premier League if a deal can be agreed with Lyon. 

Fulham have asked about an initial loan and talks will continue today. Fulham remain in discussions with Barcelona for Jean-Clair Todibo but face competition from Bologna.

PSV Eindhoven defender Timo Baumartl has also been discussed on loan while Sampdoria’s Omar Colley remains another option.

Fulham also want an extra body for their midfield and have been pushing for Ruben Loftus-Cheek on loan from Chelsea but are also discussing 24-year old Mathias Normann from Rostov.

Meanwhile, Galatasaray want Jean-Michael Seri on loan.

Barcelona have offered £13.6m for Manchester City defender Eric Garcia. The clubs remain in discussions but City want £18m for the 19-year-old centre-back.
