Nick Kyrgios’ rollercoaster first round battle with Ugo Humbert will be completed on Wednesday night after their five setter extended beyond the All England Club’s famous curfew.
The Aussie was level 6-4, 4-6, 3-6, 6-1, 3-3 with Humbert when their match was suspended 11pm local time.
Wimbledon’s 11pm curfew is the result of a long-term agreement between the tournament and neighbouring residents of the All England Club that have previously complained about being disturbed by Wimbledon patrons and noise coming from the facilities.
Kyrgios’ first-up match is scheduled to recommence from 11pm (AEST) and can be watched on Gem, channel 92.

The telecast begins from 8pm (AEST) with play beginning on the showcourts and outer courts.
Kyrgios and Humbert could be heading for a fifth set tie-break. If locked at 6-6 in the fifth set, Kyrgios and Humbert will play a first-to-10 breaker.
The winner will move through to the second round where they will play either Juan Ignacio Londero or Gianluca Majer. Their match was also suspended on Day 2 with the match in the fourth set.
